Metrrik builds financial management software, out of Montreal. Talking with unions, one thing kept coming up: when the treasurer changes, part of the know-how leaves with them.
That is why we built Qota. A single application brings together the general ledger, suppliers, invoicing, the bank, per capita, budgets and financial statements. Everything connects, nothing gets retyped from one tool into another.
Our bias comes down to one word: simplicity. You record your transactions, Qota takes care of the accounting. A union that sees its own numbers clearly can account for them to its members — that is where we want to be useful.
